The café corner
Coffee, cake and somewhere to read the first chapter.
Six tables by the window and a long bench by the poetry shelves. Sam bakes most mornings, the soup changes daily, and the milk comes from a dairy up the road.

Who’s behind the counter
Five readers, one shop.
Ask any of us for a recommendation. We’ll want to know the last book you loved, and we’ll be honest if we think you’ll hate something.
